Frosted Designs Sketch Along Tuesday 2.20

First I would like to say Happy Birthday, Baby Weston! My son is 2 months old today 🙂

This week’s sketch at Frosted Designs was created by Roberta. The sketch was absolutely perfect to showcase a large single photo, and wouldn’t you know I just had ordered one from Shutterfly last week. 🙂 At Christmastime, my daughter Natalie was chosen to dance with the Moscow Ballet’s production of The Great Russian Nutcracker. The photo on the layout was taken professionally on opening night, and sadly I have no information on the source of the photo. I was disappointed though in the quality, so I decided to brighten it up by using bold colors and patterns which also mimic the colors and patterns in her costume.

Here is the sketch:

And here is my layout:

Don’t forget to use this sketch and link up your project at Frosted Designs for a chance to win this prize. You have until noon (est) Sunday, March 4th to link up your project.

Gorgeous and a little unique for you in terms of color choices. Love the distressing and how you used three different but totally compatible alpha stickers in your title. The bling flourish is very different too!
